How to deal with a tablet that won't open？

For three steps：

1.Reboot your tablet after charging for 30 minutes；

2.Press the power button to see if the tablet is in Sleep Mode；

3.Press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to turn off the tablet,then turn on it.
The tablet can not be charged?

1.Charge the device for at least 30 minutes,in case the battery was completely drained;

2.Make sure the USB cable is properly plugged into the charging port;

3.Try another compatible USB cable and adapter.
The tablet cannot use the Google Message

Our tablet is a WiFi version and does not support SIM cards. Messages are sent using a phone card.
