Placing an Order

When you place an order:

You are making a formal offer to purchase the selected items under these Terms.
Once you click “Place Order,” your order is processed through our secure payment gateway.
You will receive an automated email confirmation summarizing your order details.

An order is only confirmed once we send a separate Order Confirmation Email. Until then, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee applies)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Risk of Loss

All products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from our warehouse. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the carrier accepts the package.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your ShopBB purchases. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition
In original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

Personal care products (e.g., skincare, makeup, hair tools)
Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (if packaging is broken)

How to Return

Contact our customer support team at support@shopbb.online to initiate a return.
We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method (we recommend insurance).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

Exchanges

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund your choice.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ShopBB shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

For small claims (under $10,000), either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration via a recognized service like the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any other posted guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShopBB regarding your use of the Site.
